Built for coaches ready to work at a professional standard

Metabolic disease is the defining health challenge of our time, and the evidence for therapeutic carbohydrate restriction has never been stronger. What clients need now are coaches with the skill to turn that science into lasting behaviour change. This program exists to verify exactly that.

You've done the pathway work

You've completed Levels 1 to 4 of the Metabolic Coach Pathway and you're ready to have your coaching ability tested, refined, and certified, not just your knowledge.

You coach real people

Health coaches, educators, and allied professionals working with clients on metabolic health and behaviour change. No clinical background required, and clear scope of practice throughout.

You want the credential to mean something

Small cohort. Live examinations. Recorded coaching practice assessed by expert faculty. This designation is earned, and that's precisely why it carries weight.

The final level of a structured journey

The Metabolic Coach Pathway is built as a journey where each level builds on the last. Levels 1 to 4 give you the science and the tools. Level 5 is where you prove you can use them.

1

Foundations of Metabolic Coaching

Behaviour change methodology, motivational interviewing, and the foundational science of TCR.

2

Ketogenic: The Science and Practice of TCR

The professional training. History, mechanisms, and therapeutic applications of low-carbohydrate nutrition.

3

LCHF in Clinical Practice

The advanced training. Evidence base, practical applications, and safe implementation across three modules.

4

Three Specialised Electives

Your clinical specialisation, including the Coaching Business Builder, because building a sustainable practice is part of the work.

5

The Live Coach Certification Program - you are here

18 weeks live. Small-group mentorship. Practical coaching application. An oral examination. Graduates earn the designation Nutrition Network Coach Practitioner - Certified in Metabolic Coaching.

What you'll master across 18 weeks

How the program runs

Weekly live sessions on Zoom

Expert lecturers lead live group discussion every week. Participation is expected, assessed, and central to how you learn. Recordings are available if life intervenes.

Your private Classroom

All engagement happens in a private space on the Nutrition Network Community Platform: pre-reading, lecture resources, weekly work, and direct access to your lecturers and cohort.

Weekly work that builds skill

Short assignments follow each live session, keeping theory connected to practice from week one. Feedback comes from expert faculty, not automated marking.

Small-group mentorship

With a maximum of 15 participants, you're known by name. Mentorship, case discussion, and practical coaching application run throughout the 18 weeks.

Real coaching, recorded and assessed

You'll conduct and submit a recorded practical coaching session, applying insight-based coaching with a real person, assessed against a professional rubric.

A final oral examination

A live, case-based oral exam with a panel of lecturers testing your application of LCHF science, coaching skill, and addiction methodology. This is the standard behind the designation.

Learn from the people setting the standard

Your faculty spans clinical medicine, coaching science, addiction medicine, dietetics, and sports performance. Every one of them works at the leading edge of metabolic health.

What Coach Practitioners say

"I have completed a number of Nutrition Network trainings since 2018, but this certification has taken my knowledge to a whole new level. The knowledge we have gained here is extremely valuable. I want to save lives. Knowledge can truly save lives, especially if it is as high level as the knowledge we received in this training."

Coach Practitioner

"The science is top-class. I like the method of self-research which trains the students on how to research the latest in various fields of metabolic health, find the answers or issues affecting various chronic pathways and summarize your answers in a professional manner complete with references. Very professional. And because each student is given a different question, the idea of sharing these answers for group discussions later allows you to learn all 15 subjects all at once. Not only will you cover more subjects faster, but you will also get to understand how your classmates handle their research and do their analysis."

Oscar Sanez
Coach Practitioner

"Training as a coach for Nutrition Network has been an incredibly enriching experience for me. It's been a very fulfilling experience, working alongside exceptional people from all over the world, who have become real references along the way. I'm struck by the strength of cohesion and unity in diversity that we've all shared, all driven by the same goal: preserving life through an enlightened nutritional approach. This training is unquestionably the most accomplished, intense, and masterful you'll find in the field. During these 3 months, I was immersed in in-depth research and personal development, which pushed me to surpass myself and broaden my horizons."
