What Not Having This Framework Costs

A vegetarian client you can't help finds a practitioner who can, or gives up on carb reduction entirely.

Standard low-carb advice keeps backfiring on gut-sensitive clients, and they quietly stop coming back.

Insulin resistance in vegetarian clients goes undetected because it's assumed, wrongly, to be lower.

You keep referring clients out for something you could be treating yourself.

Most low-carb education assumes your client eats meat.

“Low-carb is great, but I could never do it. I'm vegetarian.”

You can. It just hasn't been taught properly, yet.

Protein gets diluted fast

Dal, legumes, and grains carry protein, but carbohydrate comes first in those foods. A client can eat "healthy" all day and still land at 20 to 40 grams of total protein without realizing it.

Standard advice backfires

More protein, more vegetables, more fat assumes a digestive system that's ready for it. For clients with gut sensitivity, that assumption doesn't hold, and they quietly stop following the plan.

Insulin resistance runs higher than expected

Vegetarian doesn't mean metabolically protected. The research shows insulin resistance in vegetarian populations is often higher than practitioners assume, not lower.

Practitioners are left improvising

Without a framework built for a vegetarian plate, most practitioners default to a meat-based protocol with a few substitutions bolted on, or they refer the client elsewhere.

Built vegetarian first, not adapted from a meat-based plan

What makes this course different from a standard low-carb curriculum

A protein-first framework

Roughly 1 to 1.5g of protein per kg of bodyweight, built from first-class vegetarian sources like eggs, paneer, dairy, and protein isolates.

Sequencing before scaling

Identify a client's digestive tolerance profile before you build their meal plan, not after.

Real clinical contexts

Diabetes, gestational diabetes, women's health, gut health, mental health, endurance sport, and bodybuilding.

Taught by practitioners who live it

Including a coach who has maintained type 2 diabetes remission for over a decade, entirely vegetarian.
