STEP 1

Complete the following professional training:

• Ketogenic: The Science and Practice of Therapeutic Carbohydrate Restriction

If you have taken the Professional Training in LCHF/Ketogenic Nutrition and Treatment, this remains valid as part of the eligibility criteria.

(Note: If you are a non-medical professional, you are required to complete the Foundations of Metabolic Coaching training first, before you are free to complete one of the professional training modules above.)

STEP 2

Once the Professional Training module is completed, you are then required to complete the 3 modules of the ‘LCHF In Clinical Practice’ course.

STEP 3

And finally, you are required to complete the Advancing Ethics training.

So, in summary you need the following core modules:

1. Ketogenic: The Science and Practice of Therapeutic Carbohydrate Restriction OR LCHF for Dietitians
2. LCHF in Clinical Practice
3. Advancing Ethics

STEP 4

Over and above that you need 60 CMHE credits from an approved provider. If you use Nutrition Network modules for some of these CMHE credits they cannot come from any of the core modules above. So, for instance, the 10 credits from the Reversing Diabetes module would count towards your 60 but the credits from the Advancing Ethics module would not.
