STEP 1

Complete the Foundations of Metabolic Coaching training.

Please note, if you are a medical practitioner, you are not required to do the Foundations of Metabolic Coaching Training and may enrol in the Medical SMHP bundle here.

STEP 2

Complete the Ketogenic: The Science and Practice of Therapeutic Carbohydrate Restriction

If you have taken the Professional Training in LCHF/Ketogenic Nutrition and Treatment, this remains valid as part of the eligibility criteria.

STEP 3

You are then required to complete the 3 modules of the advanced course ‘LCHF In Clinical Practice’:

Module 1: Scientific and Evolutionary Evidence
Module 2: LCHF for Practical Medical Applications
Module 3: Prescribing LCHF in Clinical Practice

STEP 4

And finally, you are required to complete the Advancing Ethics training.

STEP 5

Over and above that you need 60 CMHE credits from an approved provider. If you use Nutrition Network modules for some of these CMHE credits they cannot come from any of the core modules mentioned above. So, for instance, the 10 credits from the Reversing Diabetes module would count towards your 60 but the credits from the Advancing Ethics module would not.
